The upcoming PPA Nugget event will explore the vital role of fair pay and diversity in human capital management. We will explore a variety of different perspectives during the webinar.  

We will hear from the HKP/// team why diversity matters to investors, discuss on regulatory requirements, and the current state of diversity in German management. Dr. Ingrid Hägele will bring an academic perspective and present scientific insights on barriers, solutions, and strategies to enhance gender diversity. Attendees can expect an engaging discussion on the underrepresentation of women in management, reimagining team leadership, and the profound impact on recruiting, fair pay, and talent pools. 

In the last part of the seminar, we will hear from the team at BMW about fair compensation, a fundamental requirement for enhancing employer attractiveness. 

Moreover, BMW will share their success story on fair compensation and  they will delve into their gender pay gap analysis, revealing what triggered it and the crucial lessons learned from the project. 

This event is a collaboration between HKP/// group and the PPA platform of LMU Munich. It aims to foster knowledge exchange between academia and the business world, particularly in modern quantitative HR practices. Building on the success of previous PPA initiatives, including the PPA Summit and engaging webinars in 2022, the PPA Nugget promises to be an engaging and informative experience.
