In times of continuous change and digital transformation, data, especially HR data, is critical for the strategic alignment of companies. This data helps improve personnel processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and create overall value. To fully utilize this potential, it is essential to establish a solid foundation that includes data quality, data protection, and people analytics.
Against this backdrop, LMU, and PPA, with support from the consultancy hkp///group, have organized a conference titled "No Data – No Strategy: HR as a Strategic Partner in Evidence-Based Transformation Processes."
