About the event

The General Manager of HR from Centenary Bank will be visiting LMU to deliver a talk titled Cultivating Transformational Culture: Navigating Change in the Modern Era.

This event is part of an ongoing research collaboration between Centenary Bank and researchers at the Institute for Accounting and Control and the Chair of Organizational Economics at  LMU. 

The presentation will explore how organizationscan change their culture to increase business growth and profitability, providing practical steps and examples of its impact on company performance and the workplace environment. 

This session will be particularly fitting for those interested in organizations, HR management, and culture. The speaker will outline the ongoing initiatives to change culture at Centenary Bank, and there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
