Predictive People Analytics is a knowledge hub for firms and academics working in human resources management.

We work together to generate insights and to support evidence-based management by leveraging big data and state-of-the-art empirical methods.

​

The initiative is led by economists at the Chair for Organizational Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
