- Dr. Stefanie Nickel is a Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Sandoz. Stefanie is a physician by training, she gained clinical experience at the German Heart Center Munich before joining Bain & Company in strategy consulting. After an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management she joined Amgen Germany and held various positions in Management, Marketing and Sales. Stefanie then took the opportunity to work globally for the Sandoz Biopharma division, leading several products as brand director before moving into HR. She took on her current role as Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion in December 2018 and regards inclusion practices as a key business enabler. As a physician in HR she is committed to evidence-based management and to generating organizational evidence for better decision-making and more impact.
- Prof. Dr. Guido Friebel is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Goethe University Frankfurt. His research focus is mainly on human resources, organizational and personnel economics but also on how institutions shape the accumulation and allocation of human capital, focusing on problems of families, gender, and migration. Guido is a fellow at CEPR, IZA, and a VP and a VP of SIOE, a founding member of the Organizational Economics Committee of the German Economic Association (VfS), a member of the Women in Economics Committee of the European Economic Association, the Scientific Advisory Board of Sciences Po, and of ConTrust at Goethe University.
- Prof. Dr. Florian Englmaier is a Professor of Organizational Economics at the University of Munich (LMU) and an academic director of Predictive People Analytics. Florian's main research interest lies in the fields of the Economics of Organizations and Human Resources, where he focuses on agency problems within organizations. In his research, he strives to combine the merits of careful theoretical modelling with sound empirical strategies aiming at uncovering causal relationships. Among others, Florian's studies have contributed to the research in behavioral contracting, relational contracts, team organization and performance, the political economy of state-controlled enterprises, and efficiency of internet auction markets.
